You may request to make changes to your booking or cancel without any fees applicable within 48 hours of stay.Changes are  subject to availability.

It is a requirement to make a deposit payment in advance prior to check-in.This deposit will be refunded upon check-out should there be no other additional charges used during your stay with us.

We welcome vaccinated dog or cat weighting less than 15 lbs. Not more than one pet is permitted per room. Guests are liable to cover the cost of any damage and personal injury caused by a pet during their stay which will be incurred as additional deposit prior to check in. In the event that guests wish to bring cat or dog to the hotel the selection of room type and its location may be restricted. Pets are not allowed, under any circumstances, in the Spa, the restaurants, public areas such as the lobby and swimming pool.

The resident need to inform Front Office in advance if there is any guest. Sleep over guest is not allowed.

Please note that the maximum occupancy per room is five people and there is no occupancy for extra bed.

Only staying guests are permitted to usage of the swimming pool.

The guest of the resident can use swimming pool subject to additional charges.

Executive meeting room is available at Pyay Garden Office Tower and the residents are offered to use meeting with special rate.

Resident or guest staying for less than 31 days are referred as short term guest.

We provide one car lot per apartment. Extra parking is also available with additional charges.

Yes, the rooms at Pyay Garden Residence are spacious and comfortable, suitable for family with young children.

Yes, separate maid’s room is included in the kitchen.
